A cosy cottage located in a quiet area yet close to Bowness and the lake.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen: With table and chairs, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.. First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with oak furniture and adjoining door to bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Small twin bedroom (2’6" beds, suitable for children) with adjoining door to bathroom.

Sunny rear garden with garden furniture and barbecue provided. Private parking for 2 cars.. The cottage is tucked away in a peaceful, elevated position above Bowness village with many local walks from the door, these include the start of the Dales Way with views of Lake Windermere. The cottage offers cosy, comfortable accommodation and is in an ideal location, away from the crowds but within a 5-minute stroll down to the centre of the village. Here there are many shops, restaurants and traditional pubs, along with the Beatrix Potter Centre, Windermere Jetty (Steamboat Museum) and the promenade where lake pleasure cruisers leave from all year round.
