Work will be 6 days a week from 8am but builders will be respectful and keep any associated noise to a minimum; they will also be on hand to help with luggage if needed.
Most of November will be quiet as the concrete will need a month to set once it has been poured.
The nearest car park whilst the work takes place is Lake Road Car Park a short walk away via steps at the back of the property and the owners will be covering the cost of any parking receipts provided.

View from flat (including the beautiful gardens) is stunning and ever-changing, we loved having breakfast and an evening drink on the balcony ... sometimes wrapped up in a blanket but always wonderful! Great to be able to walk the hills from the door and not move the car all week. Fantastic week, thank you!
