About this property

Ulverston 13 miles. Surrounded by woodland and natural scenery, this detached property is an uplifting retreat within Graythwaite, just a scenic drive from the bustling town of Ulverston, Cumbria. The open space promotes an elegant feel throughout, an excellent opportunity for families and friends to spend quality time together on a fun-filled escape. Upon entering you will be welcomed by a spacious snug, hosting leather seating with a warm chocolate tone for a cosy night-time escape, it makes a lovely spot to curl up with a good book at the end of each action-packed day. Moving through the tiled hallway, a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, is nicely furnished with decorative pieces, and followed by glorious views, making a wonderful sleeping spot for those less able. This bedroom leads over to an open-plan dining and kitchen area with a contemporary touch, hosting all you could need for a week-long stay with your loved ones including two ovens and hobs to assist with the preparation of your favourite feasts, as well as two dishwashers so you don’t have to worry about the washing up! The kitchen is adjoined by patio doors that steer out to a fabulous terraced area, making the perfect spot to soak in your countryside surroundings, with the option to dine alfresco in the summer months too. A second bedroom of a twin lies to the front of the property, laced with neutral interior, and a very calming feel, while to the side, a luxury shower room where you can prepare for your days in style. A beautifully presented sitting room is a central highlight of this home, carrying a warm and welcoming effect with its charming coastal theme and ample seating for all, there’s no better spot to snuggle up with your loved ones and watch a film on the television when you’re not out exploring. Take the stairs up to the first floor where you will find a twin bedroom with harmonising designs making a lovely sleeping spot for the little ones, while there is a double bedroom just off from this, showcasing a serene atmosphere and a homely interior. There are excellent walks around the town, and beautiful countryside, with views of the southern Lake District and Morecambe Bay.

This is 2 miles from the Estate and you will pass it coming from the southerly Newby Bridge direction.

The following information / conditions are in place: The Pool and Gym is open from 7am -7pm daily with towels provided.

The pool is 17m long and 1.4m deep in the main area with a sloped beach effect as you enter from the steps.

At the poolside there is a Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Sauna, which you are also able to use.

There will be a limit of up to 8 guests at any one time and the time slot is for a maximum of 1 1/2 hours.
