Resting in an idyllic position in Bowness-on-Windermere, Cumbria is this stylish, mid-terrace townhouse of The Neon Rose. An ideal place for four people, the Neon Rose offers open-plan accommodation and off-road parking, whilst being within easy reach of the attractions and sights of the Lake District National Park. As you enter the property, you will be wowed by its high-end décor and furnishing, with plush sofas nestled in front of a flame-effect electric fire and Smart TV, making for the ideal space to unwind in. When you're feeling a little peckish, wander over to the kitchen, an attractive spot hosting pale pink units and marble-style worktops, along with ample integrated appliances that any budding chef would be happy with, including a dishwasher and built-in microwave! Tuck into an indulgent dinner and catch up with your loved ones at the adjoining breakfast bar or at the feature, glass-top dining table. Make your way up the stairs to find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, with one offering a zip/linked super-king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, a contemporary space adorned with marble pattern, along with a king size bed with an en-suite shower room that enjoys a lovely wood-effect throughout; both bedrooms offer ample, built-in storage and Smart TVs, for added convenience. Head back downstairs to the rear patio, a delightful, sunny area that enjoys pink bistro seating, where you can sip a steaming cup of coffee in the mornings. In the outdoor porch you will find a boot warmer which is ideal for walkers. There is also a garage available at this property. This is the first garage on the garage block. A leisurely walk will bring you into the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, home to a fantastic range of pubs, eateries and shops, whilst also offering a golf club, the arts & crafts-designed Blackwell House, ample wakesurfing and boat hire opportunities from the local marina along with the fascinating World of Beatrix Potter Attraction. Why not board a boat and sail across Lake Windermere to its west shores, where the National Trust's Claife Viewing Station, the beautiful sights of Claife Heights, Esthwaite Water and the historic property of Hill Top await? Travel north to Windermere, with the Windermere Jetty Museum, Windermere Outdoor Adventure Centre, Queen's Park and the Orrest Head Viewpoint offering you plenty of things to see and do nearby.
