Settled on the Limefitt Holiday Park in Troutbeck, Esthwaite Lodge is a wonderful holiday home for four guests seeking a scenic break to the Lake District. Make your way up the steps on your arrival and onto the lovely decked area before stepping inside to find the family bathroom on the right of the hallway, home to a bath with an overhead shower, basin and WC, along with a heated towel rail so you can freshen up following a busy day of activities. Continuing along the corridor, come to the master double bedroom where you can unpack your things into the ample storage, and benefit from the en-suite shower room, as well as a twin room here too. Relax in the open-plan living space, home to a modern fitted kitchen equipped with everything you need on a self-catered stay including the addition of a washing machine. Come together around the dining table when tucking into tasty home-cooked meals, before retiring to the sitting area on the plush sofas to watch a film on the large Smart TV. Enjoy the sunshine outside on the spacious decking with outdoor dining furniture for dinner alfresco and sun loungers to soak up the sun, all whilst the running stream provides an idyllic soundtrack to your stay. The park is home to a pub on-site, Haybarn Inn, offering the perfect spot for drinks and dinner after another day of adventures, whilst the village of Troutbeck Bridge nearby is home to local shops and more pubs to enjoy. Discover a wealth of outdoor activities to enjoy in the Lake District, including fishing, watersports, cycling, walking, horse-riding and wildlife watching, so there's something for everyone. Embark on epic walks up the surrounding peaks and fells, or enjoy circumnavigating the myriad of lakes and reservoirs. Lake Windermere is a haven for watersports including paddle-boarding, canoeing, kayaking and sailing, and regularly has Windermere cruises heading up and down the lake to take you to the other towns resting on the water like Lakeside, Ambleside and Bowness-on-Windermere. Visit The World of Beatrix Potter Attraction, head to Brockhole on Windermere for fun for all ages, or marvel at the many creatures in the Lakes Aquarium. Troutbeck Bridge is a village resting in the Lake District National Park in Cumbria, settled between Ambleside and Windermere. The village is home to a selection of pubs, shops and local businesses, and is just a stone's throw from Lake Windermere, England's largest lake. Lake Windermere is a haven for watersports like kayaking, canoeing and paddle-boarding, with opportunities for boat hire and boat cruises.
