The apartment consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting its immaculate condition.
The central location is frequently highlighted as a major plus, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and the lake, though parking is noted as a challenge.
Guests find the apartment comfortable, with quality furniture and a cosy atmosphere, although one review mentioned a sofa being too soft for their preference.
Facilities are generally well-received, especially the bathroom and kitchen. However, points are deducted for reported issues with the shower, internet, and a need for TLC in the entrance lobby.
Guests are touched by the welcome gifts of biscuits and drinks, indicating a thoughtful gesture by the hosts. However, it's important to note that such gifts are a kind bonus and may not be guaranteed with every stay.
