This delightful accommodation is well-appointed for couples to enjoy a relaxing yet adventurous break in the heart of the Lake District. Every thought has been taken to ensure you have a everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You are well-screened from the road, giving you a good level of privacy, so you can make the most of this charming base. Enter into the property and find the spacious and inviting open-plan living room, where you can sink into the sofa and catch up n some of your favourite TV shows or play some of preferred music through the ipod dock as you prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen. The full-length feature window to the front floods the space with natural light as you unwind with a refreshing drink. Climb the stairs to the large double bedroom, which has a zip/link bed for flexible sleeping arrangements and a handy en-suite bathroom so you can enjoy a long, hot soak after a long walk up one of the many fells in the region. Roam the grounds outside and enjoy the plethora of wildlife as you sit at the picnic bench with the aroma of the barbecue cooking up a flavoursome feast, or choose to stay within your own private patio by the warmth of the chimnea on a summer's evening or down by the lakeside where you can make the most of the spectacular views. The cottage boasts lakeshore access with a private slipway and jetty for launching boats, fishing or just simply enjoying the views. If you're a keen outdoors person why not bring along your kayak or paddle board to make the most of the stunning waters next to the property?
