We are already booked for next September. The accommodation is second to none. It is our second home and we would move there in an heartbeat. Set in beautiful surroundings, the barn has everything you could wish for and more, and the outdoor surroundings are so beautiful and tranquil. Mr and Mrs Pope are excellent hosts and we are very much looking forward to seeing them again for our next stay at Pear Tree. Thank you so very much Mr and Mrs Pope.

It had everything we needed and was well situated for all the historic houses and gardens we visited. Nice and quiet despite other cottages around us.

Although the place was nice and very airy we had a problem with heating and hot water as the weather was cold and wet we needed heating but the boiler wasn't working properly I think it is in need of a new one the owners were aware of this and tried to sort it
