Attractive, single storey cottage overlooking a mill pool on the banks of the River Wensum. The cottage has undergone undergone extensive renovation, and now has an open plan living area with views to the front and rear making it a light and airy space. The sitting area has a vaulted ceiling and wood burner and the adjoining dining area leads into the kitchen with stunning views of the mill pool. Fishing is available on site in season and is open 16th June 2024 to the 14th March 2025, the area is great for cycling or walking and the stunning Norfolk coast is only a short drive away Shop/Pub: 1 mile
