This comfortable chalet is nestled within the quiet Waveney Valley Holiday Park. You have a small seating area outside looking over the lawns and beyond, it is a perfect sunny spot for simply just relaxing and enjoying the park. Step inside to a cosy, open plan living and kitchen. Leading off the main living area are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The holiday park has well-kept lawns throughout the site. There are beautiful scenic surroundings with easy access to the River Waveney and Burgh Castle Marina. Conveniently located between the sandy beaches of Gorleston on Sea and the traditional Great Yarmouth seaside resort. A third century Roman fort and Burgh Castle offer opportunity for a lovely walk and magnificent views. Cruises available on the amazing Norfolk Broads, a National Park with over 125 miles of waterways, or daily boat hire available to explore at your own speed.
Further inland you can visit Somerleyton Hall and Gardens, a stately home steeped in history, romance conservation and grandeur. Great Yarmouth has a 15-mile stretch of glorious sandy beach with pier, entertainment, Sea Life Centre, bowling, amusements, donkey rides, bouncy castles, wax world, model village, fun fair for both small children and adrenaline rides, crazy golf, swimming pool (opening summer 2022), restaurants, cafés and pubs. Deck chairs are available for hire and boat trips available to visit the seals at Scroby Sands. There is a fireworks spectacular each Wednesday (weather permitting) during the summer season. The town has shops, supermarkets, cafés, pubs and a train station with regular service to other coastal villages and the city of Norwich, a shoppers delight, a stadium for grey hound racing, stock car racing and horse racing. The area is filled with interesting villages and plenty of eateries to enjoy. The city of Norwich, 25 miles, for excellent shopping two indoor malls, market square, cathedral, castle museum, theatre, cafés and restaurants. Beach 3½ miles. Shop and pub ¾ mile.
