It is clean, cosy, comfortable, well maintained, welcoming, excellent amenities, extremely well equipped kitchen, quiet. As a walking couple wishing to explore the north west area of Norfolk it was perfect but for those wishing to venture further afield eg The Broads, Breckland, Lincolnshire, Norwich etc the road network is good and the buses are frequent. There is a Tesco Express just round the corner, 3 local pubs and a number of takeaways all within walking distance. For those with children the beaches at Heacham & Hunstanton are perfect. We hope everyone who stays there has as super a holiday as we did. Thank you Claire & Jonathan

Looked bigger on the website photos, but actually more than enough space for 4 of us! Buckets, spades and beach games in garden hamper are a nice touch. The wood burner in the lounge laid ready for lighting, but weather too mild to light it! Lovely place, would highly recommend. Very dark village though, a dearth of streetlights
