All in stunning settings, Waters Reach and Waters Edge boasting a beautiful lakeside setting, and Lakeland Lodge set in a beautiful tree rich plot, are 4 star lodges, each with their own jacuzzi/hot tub. Waters Edge has a spacious sauna also. There is plenty of private parking on all properties.

Enjoy the quite, peaceful surroundings, in some of Norfolks most beautifull countryside, yet you are not far away from night life, and Norfolks star attractions.

The accommodation is both attractively and comfortably furnished and very spacious. The lodges have a 42" TV (Freeview) plus an additional TV and music system (with Bluetooth in Lakeland Lodge). Outside you will find each has a private garden, a decked seating area with garden furniture and a fabulous 7 person hot tub. Free wifi

WATERS REACH (sleeps 12)

Has a stunning waterside setting,

Underfloor heating keeps the property beautifully warm - perfect for cool evenings once the sun has gone down, and for staying toasty on winter days.

-There are 5 bedrooms.

On the ground floor;

BR 1 with a four poster bed and en suite

BR 2 with king size bed with additional single.

On the first floor;

BR 3 is a twin, with en suite cloakroom, leading to..

BR 4 is a triple,

BR 5 is a double with cot and en suite and a balcony with breathtaking views of the lakes.

Also a family bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.

-The living area is attractively furnished and generously proportioned with a large open plan lounge/dinning room and well equipped kitchen with microwave, dish washer, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a downstairs shower room and WC.

Sorry no pets at Waters Reach or Waters Edge, but they are very welcome at Lakeland Lodge

LAKELAND LODGE (sleeps 11)

In 1/4 acre beautiful setting.

A spacious open plan, cottage set in a 1/4 acre of very pretty gardens.

There are four bedrooms:

BR 2 twin beds that can be pushed together.

BR 4 four poster double bed plus additional single.

There is a spacious fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and all mod-cons. There is a total of 2 bathrooms (1 family bathroom and 1 shower room). Free WiFi. 1 pet welcome.

WATERS EDGE (sleeps 12)

This fabulous residence has a one acre setting with 150ft private lakeside garden, with its own jacuzzi/hot tub, and spacious sauna. privately built 2009, and with aprox. 3000sq ft of space, it is the perfect place for the ultimate stay. Go on your worth it!

The accommodation is single story and attractively furnished. The main living area is an open plan 30ft living/dining room/kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms: 4 bathrooms in total,

The lodges are surrounded by 275 acres of woods and parkland – encompassing 9 lakes, perfect for walking and cycling. Rich in wildlife, Pentney Lakes is a nature lovers paradise!

There are plenty of water sports so have a go on the lakes, or maybe try a ‘banana boat’ ride.

If you want to venture further afield – the delights of the North Norfolk countryside await you. The heritage coast is just a 30 minute drive – the sandy beaches at Holkham and Wells Next The Sea are popular destinations. The ‘seal trips’ from Blakeney Harbour and Morston Quay are a must! Swaffham, an attractive market town is just 9.5 miles away and Castle Acre and Sandringham are both about a 20 - 25 minute drive. The historic cathedral cities of Norwich and Ely are just under an hour's drive.
