Conveniently nestled in the beating heart of this popular seaside location, this hideaway is perfectly placed for exploring all that this bustling part of Norfolk has to offer. Exuding cosy country cottage charm, Langley's Cottage is an idyllic hideaway for families, couples or friends. Langley's Cottage even comes with the option to book the beach hut.
Thoughtfully renovated to include an extension, Langley's Cottage has been beautifully styled to feature modern comforts blended with coastal inspired interiors. Entered via an inviting porch where coats and wellies can be stored, guests are led through into country-style kitchen. Enthusiastic chefs are provided with everything required for rustling up a delicious feast made from the areas local produce. With an exquisitely engineered oak floor, the spacious dining area offers seating for up to five guests around a charming farmhouse table. Gather to together to plan the day ahead over a morning coffee, or share food, wine and conversation long into the evenings. Sumptuous sofas provided in the sitting room are perfect for nestling into to enjoy warmth from the wood burning stove. As is traditional for properties of this era, the fully tiled bathroom featuring bath with shower over, is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, three charming light and bright bedrooms are located. The master bedroom and bedroom two host inviting double beds, with bunk beds offered in nautical themed bedroom three. Outside, a good-sized expertly landscaped garden features two patio seating areas fir when al fresco dining beckons on sunny days. Being fully enclosed, this area is a safe place for supervised children and dogs to play. Parking is available outside, or to the rear of the property.

Langley's Cottage is located in the heart of this lovely coastal village, within walking distance of two dog-friendly beaches, all three of the village pubs, the skate park, and the duck ponds. Heacham has many footpaths to discover, and a great beach side promenade that stretches all the way to the iconic carrstone cliffs of neighbouring Hunstanton. Look out for popular Bordoli's pizza truck that visits the village on a Wednesday evening, and be sure to sample the gooiest of treats from Breakfast and Brownies on the high street. There is also a great antiques shop and cafe to be found next to the Tesco Express. For a larger supermarket, Lidl is located on on the road to Snettisham, and there is a big Tescos in Hunstanton, which also has EV chargers in the car park and a fuel station. For a special culinary experience, head inland to the village of Docking to sample the delights of the Nest Farmhouse, run by a Michelin star award winning team, or head further along the coast from Heacham to Old Hunstanton to find Michelin restaurant, The Neptune.
