Over 200 years old, Little Wells is a picturesque detached country cottage in an idyllic rural position in the village of North Creake. Standing in its own delightful cottage gardens surrounded by fields, this hideaway has been renovated to a high standard by a conservation builder. The outdoor paved patio area to the rear is a wonderful sun trap.

There are reclaimed floorboards throughout. It is a much loved country retreat for the family that own it and the peaceful location is just perfect for a relaxing holiday, yet only a five minute drive to the bustle of Burnham Market and the North Norfolk beaches. The Jolly Farmers pub is a short walk away.

Very nice cottage with all the cottage features we were expecting and more. Very clean and tidy with some quirky features that complement the cottage such as the two staircases and the separate double bedroom. Very nice.

Excellent holiday house. Quiet road and lovely gardens. House well presented with excellent kitchen facilities. Stairs quite steep for oldies but not really a problem. Good off-road parking. Short walk to friendly village pub.

This is a beautiful quirky cottage in beautiful surroundings. The windows look out of the private garden and at the back a nice paddock. Not another house or road etc in sight. Expect to see wild deer from your window.
