Ringstead Bay is a pristine stretch of pebble beach on the Jurassic coast framed by dramatic cliffs and bucolic countryside. Despite the fact that the original town referenced in the end-of-the-world book has been obliterated, a small, dynamic community has emerged in the bay's rear in a wide range of interesting dwellings. It's a beautiful place to be outside, whether you prefer strolling along the South West Coast Path or exploring the many paths through the surrounding woods. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are only 11 miles distant, and 7 miles to the west is Weymouth, which is home to a gorgeous beach and a plethora of restaurants and cafes.
