The availability of a pool and the mention of a helpful manager add to the positive experiences reported by visitors.
The cottage receives high marks for cleanliness, with guests describing it as welcoming and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for a long-handled broom indicates attention to detail but does not detract from the overall perception of a clean property.

Facilities are well-regarded, with the swimming pool being a highlight. The property is described as well-equipped, though no specific mention of maintenance issues or gifts suggests that while facilities are satisfactory, there is insufficient information to fully assess maintenance or thoughtfulness in terms of gifts.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate a level of thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, while the reviews suggest a positive experience, there is not enough information to evaluate this category.

The cottage was perfect, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise and so much stuff. The swimming pool was fantastic especially having it to ourselves loved it. Having the beach was a great bonus. The trampoline and chess kept our 10yr old granddaughter occupied for hours. We found two lovely cafes close by, a vegan and Watsons lovely food. We had a great boat trip on norfolk broads which was only 12 mins away.will definitely be back.

Lovely cottage really clean and well equipped. Loved the bedrooms in the eaves, wonderful alternative. We also loved the location and made the most of walks to the beach when ever we wanted. The swimming rota worked so well. It was lovely to have time as a family in the pool. We will definitely be back!
