A bright and attractive Victorian villa flat, close to the golf course and a few minutes walk to the coast and the beach.
Lovely cliff top walks, lazy days on the beach and a stroll along the Pier for an evening ice cream all await you! Welcome to Happy Valley, a newly refurbished, modern Victorian villa flat perfectly located within walking distance of the town centre, beach and recreational areas. Royal Cromer Golf club is just a five minute walk away - tee off on a clifftop location and enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea whilst you complete the 18 hole course. During the summer months enjoy good old fashioned family fun on the beach, crabbing off the Pier, visit the rnli lifeboat museum along the promenade and the Lifeboat House at the end of the Pier. Whatever you do, Happy Valley is the perfect spot to relax and unwind at the end of the day!
