About this property

This fabulous property, ideally positioned near the heart of the charming Victorian seaside town Cromer, is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a traditional coastal holiday. Sleeping six over three peaceful bedrooms, it won’t be long before you’re all off to the town centre (325 metres) to discover the shops, cafes and the famous pier with its pavilion theatre. Spend sunny evenings in the garden, dining alfresco and enjoying your favourite tipple while the children and dogs run around.

Step inside this delightful holiday home into a cosy lounge that has a striking ornamental tiled fireplace. Unwind on the comfortable sofas and watch a good film on TV or simply talk about what an amazing day you’ve all had. The bright and airy open-plan kitchen/diner has everything you need to cook up a storm, and a spacious dining table helps make mealtimes a sociable experience. Rinse sandy toes in the shower or ease aching muscles with a soak in the bath in the tranquil ground-floor bathroom. Upstairs, three bedrooms await: the king-size bedroom boasts a stylish en-suite shower room, while the double has a gorgeous ornamental fireplace, but all have a calming, neutral decor to promote a good night’s sleep. Choose either the font outside space to watch the world go by on the chairs provided, or head to the rear where you can dine alfresco on the patio.

Head off on family days out to Amazona Zoo (1 mile) or Bewilderwood (20 miles) to see the kids delight in meeting animals, going on boat rides and playing outside. The National Trust's Felbrigg Hall (3 miles) is ideal for history buffs; wander the house to see a vast collection of artwork and homeware then stroll the walled garden and woodland trails. Embark on exhilarating walks along the Norfolk Coast Path from Cromer seafront, offering 84 miles of scenic coastline from Hunstanton to Sea Palling. After a day of exploration, indulge in locally caught seafood at one of Cromer's renowned restaurants.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. It was easy to find, and unloading outside was easy before finding the nearby car park. Also found on-road free parking a short walk away. The cottage is well equipped with a lovely courtyard garden. Comfy beds, hot showers, great towels. 5 minutes walk to the seafront.

The cottage is in a great location, really convenient for Cromer’s wonderful independent shops: baker, butcher, and greengrocer all within a few minutes walk. Despite being on a main road it is peaceful and quiet with almost no noise from traffic. It is very clean and has a very cosy living room and a large kitchen.

Lovely property, very clean and well presented, welcome pack was a lovely surprise, ideal location, beach and town centre just a short walk away. Would definitely book again.
