Sleepeezy is a well-liked cottage with a warm, cosy atmosphere and a convenient location for exploring North Norfolk. Guests appreciate the friendly owners and the well-equipped kitchen. The property's quirkiness and garden are also highlights, making it a family-friendly choice. While some guests mention road noise and mattress comfort, the overall experience is positive, with many considering a return visit.
The majority of guests found the cottage to be clean and tidy, with a few noting areas for improvement such as cobwebs and dusty spots. Some guests mentioned that dishes were not thoroughly clean upon arrival, suggesting occasional lapses in cleaning standards.
The location is generally praised for its convenience to local attractions and the coast. However, several reviews mention the proximity to a busy road, which affects the tranquillity for some guests. The presence of a nearby pub is noted, with potential noise during busier times.
Guests find the cottage cosy and the garden pleasant, but several reviews suggest that the mattresses and pillows are tired and need replacing. The comfort of the beds is a recurring theme, with some guests finding them too soft or uncomfortable.
The cottage is well-equipped with a good Wi-Fi connection and TV reception. However, guests have reported issues with plumbing, noise insulation, and the need to provide their own consumables. Some appliances and furnishings are noted as needing updates or repairs.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness in terms of gifts. Therefore, this score is set to null.

The owner managed to get us a table at the pub for tea on our first night fantastic food highly recommended. We really enjoyed our weekend and would definitely go back.

The general standard of furnishing and cleanliness were good ( there were a few cobwebs), but we found a few things which could be improved. The teflon coated pans were badly scratched and we had a problem with the oven temperature which seemed too high. The electrical appliances were not PA tested. The temperature knob on the shower in the ensuite could not be adjusted as it appeared to be jammed. The downstairs toilet although handy was a bit of a squeeze and it would have been better to have an outwood opening door.

Warm and cosy cottage, with lots of space. Location was great for other towns and access to north coast. We spent a wonderful long weekend in Norfolk, and the cottage was a fantastic from which to explore the area. Thank you.
