We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix cottage. It had everything you would need for a family holiday and had a relaxing feel about it. Situated adjacent to the church it was in a very peaceful location. Although the property is situated on the lane that leads to the local pub, this did not cause any issues whatsoever. There is a beach a few minutes walk away,across fields at the rear of the pub, which is very pleasant. Parking of two cars is possible but getting in and out of the driveway may be challenging for some, especially if you have a larger vehicle. I would certainly recommend Phoenix cottage for anyone wanting to visit this part of Norfolk.

Had a lovely stay. The cottage was so spacious and cosy. Having a telly in every room was a bonus. The location was perfect, you don’t hear anything and so close to the beaches. The little convenience store was so cute selling local crafts. Would recommend a trip to Horsey Gap to see the seals. Only 20mins away. Cottage ideal to recharge the batteries and go for lovely walks
