Super stylish and cosy, this detached cottage is located in the beautiful, bustling town of Holt, North Norfolk's Georgian gem. A charming bolthole ideal for a family, small groups of friends or couples, 8 Town Close is perfectly positioned to enjoy Holt's flurry of independent cafes, pubs, restaurants and grocery stores offering the best of local produce, art and antique galleries, fashion boutiques and gift shops. All on one level, this accommodation will not disappoint. On entering the property, from the hall you walk in to a spacious, yet cosy, sitting room with a wood burning stove, Smart television and a desk area - in case you need to juggle a little bit of working from "home". A well-equipped kitchen, with a Bosch coffee machine, opens up into a light and airy dining room area featuring a sofa and another Smart television. A door leads to the fully-enclosed, secure courtyard, safe for both children and dogs to play in. This space is ideal for al fresco dining as the sun goes down. There are two bedrooms, both hosting super-king beds (one is a zip and link for the option of twin beds), the master boasts an en-suite shower and dressing room, plus there is a family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also parking for two cars in the driveway, which is a real bonus in Holt.

Lovely and spacious bungalow in a great location. There is parking, which is a bonus in Holt and the property is only a few minutes' walk to the High Street.

An excellent location, just a short walk into Holt town but also extremely quiet. The property itself was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location was perfect for access to the many attractions of the North Norfolk coast.
