Moles Cottage is a very pretty flint mid terrace cottage in a quiet residential street location, just a few minutes walk away from the heart of the beautiful Georgian market town of Holt. The cottage has been sympathetically updated by the owners, and is decorated and furnished in a relaxing, contemporary seaside style, while latch doors, wooden floors, some challenging stairs and paint boarded walls all help to retain the cottage feel. Moles Cottage is well-equipped, centrally heated and has a gas flame effect stove, as well as a pretty, enclosed suntrap courtyard garden, making it perfect for holidays at any time of year.

The cottage is great for couples (it's an ideal spot for a romantic break for two), a small family or friends wanting to enjoy everything that Holt has to offer, with the convenience of restaurants, cafes, and a wealth of independent shops all being within walking distance. If you want to venture further afield, the coastal villages and beaches of the stunning North Norfolk coast are only a short drive away.

Although there is currently no wifi at the cottage, it is located in a BT Hotspot, which is free to BT account holders. Non BT account holders are able sign up for a small charge.

Courtyard Entrance:

Dining Area:
Cream painted boarded walls, a large glass skylight and French doors to the courtyard garden help to make this a very light and airy dining space. There is a wooden table and four chairs with rush seats.
Kitchen :
A good sized cottage kitchen with cream wooden units, beamed ceiling and tiled floor. Integrated appliances include a slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave (there is a washing machine housed in the utility cupboard in the dining area). There is a butler's sink, cooker with gas hob and electric oven, and extractor fan.
Sitting Room:
A window that overlooks Mill Street, comfortable seating including a two seater sofa and two armchairs, a fireside rug, cushions, lamps and gas flame effect stove, all create a lovely, cosy ambience.
Cloakroom:
With washbasin and wc.
Steep Cottage Stairs:
with handrail lead to the first floor. The stairs are wide, uneven in places, have a narrow tread and might not be suitable for small children and those with mobility issues.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1:
Double bed with iron bedstead, bedside shelves with lamps, double wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2:
Single bed. Hanging space.
Jack and Jill Bathroom:
Latch doors from each bedroom lead into the central bathroom, with a double shower cubicle, vanitary unit with inset basin and large mirror over, heated towel rail.
Courtyard Garden:
A pretty, enclosed, courtyard garden, mostly laid to shingle, with a small paved area with table and two chairs. The adjoining cottage has an access right of way through the garden.
Parking:
There is no designated parking, but roadside parking is available close by at quieter times of day. There is also a pay and display car park in short walking distance (a 7 day ticket for the car park is available at £27.50/week, and is transferable to any car park in North Norfolk District Council).
