Willow Reach sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, a large double bedroom and a large twin room both with a TV.

Sitting in an enviable waterside position, Willow Reach is located directly alongside the River Bure in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. This truly stunning position has views of the River Bure from the private terrace at the rear of the holiday cottage, whilst you can enjoy views of the marina from the front. The cottage is located on a small complex of private holiday homes with lawns for relaxing while fishing or just watching the world go by.

Norfolk’s coastline and beautiful sandy beaches are approximately 10 miles away. For a quite beach there is Sea Palling where you can see the seal’s when it is the season also there is Bacton Beach which has been recently renovated. Great Yarmouth and it’s attractions are only a half hour drive away.

A short walk from Willow Reach is the centre of Wroxham with a wealth of shops, including ‘the largest village store in the world’ “Roy’s of Wroxham”. There are excellent amenities including pubs, restaurants, take-aways, ice-creams and doughnuts, Costa Coffee, fishing tackle shops and a laundrette. There is even a McDonalds.

Open all year around, it’s a perfect location for a self-catering holiday. Available for weekly booking and short breaks.

There is allocated parking outside the cottage for one car, if you hire a boat during your stay you will be able to hire a mooring within the site.

Additional information: There is off-road parking for one vehicle only. Wi-Fi internet access available. Children must be supervised by the river at all times. Prices include linen, towels and electric heating throughout. The local train station/buses with direct access into Norwich and the coast are just a few minute's walk. Golf facilities six miles away. Mooring available to rent nearby should you wish to hire a boat locally during your stay.
