The Den boasts a light, airy and modern open-plan living environment, with sliding doors which spill on to an enclosed, sunny garden. This area is ideal for dogs and children to play safely under the gaze of relaxing grown-ups whilst the wine chills and the sun sets. The main living area comprises a well-equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, dining area and sitting room featuring Smart television. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and accompanying en-suite shower room. Bedroom two features a double while bedroom three has 3' twin beds, and both share the family bathroom with its bath and shower over. There is plenty of parking in the private paddock opposite, which also doubles as the ideal playing green for a spot of summer cricket, rounders, football or whichever ball game takes your fancy!
If you can peel yourself away from the beach, this wonderful property is in the perfect location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Perfectly situated for walking or cycling with its immediate coastal access, just a short drive away are traditional seaside towns east and west with independent amenities galore, plus the Norfolk Broads are within a very easy reach too. You will be totally spoilt for choice for activities to fill your days and will be sure to want to return to this fabulous beachside hideaway time and time again.

Well-equipped and beautiful decorated bungalow. Spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could desire. The standout was the location, with direct access to a beautiful stretch of near deserted sandy beach. If you want a quiet, get away from it all holiday then The Den cannot be faulted. We would definitely stay again.

I cannot rate this property highly enough. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival and the rooms were all large and roomy with really comfortable beds. Beautiful Egyptian cotton bedding and both bathrooms were bright, surgically clean with large soft white towels for our use. The kitchen is well stocked as were the board games that were all in perfect condition (a rarity in itself!). The owner has thoughtfully supplied a cordless vacuum in the lobby which we used daily to prevent the sand from going into the rooms. The beach was empty and our dogs had the best time! We even spotted a seal! Lovely restaurants within 30-50 mins drive too. We couldn’t wish for more. We will definitely be returning!

Wow - amazing holiday home from home. As others have said, you have equipped with everything and such quality too! We all loved the outside shower to clean sand off feet and paws. The beds and pillows are super comfy and thank you to the cleaner as so lovely to walk in to a spotless house. We have left 8 books for others to enjoy (we are all bookworms!) and the games are ace! Thank you so much. Only holiday home we have said we will come back to. Beach and dog walks also awesome!
