The Limes, part of a period farmhouse restored in 2012 yet retaining orignal Georgian features, is situated in the village of Ludham with its shops, pub and church, near Potter Heigham and the Broadland village of Wroxham. It is an ideal place for boating enthusiasts as there is a remaining wherry and the Heritage Sailing Fleet in nearby Womack Staithe. Half an hour's drive away are the coastal town of Great Yarmouth and the cathedral city of Norwich.
