Well maintained, extremely clean / well presented. Loved the little touches such as sauce sachets, milk in fridge, scones (delicious!) and the book full of ideas, walks and brochures for local areas. Hot tub was perfect after a day out exploring followed by a jigsaw puzzle

Thank you for the welcoming bits and pieces, very much appreciated after our long journey. Views from the patio doors/balcony were lovely, looking to the sea, watching the ships float by, we downloaded a ship app to identify them and their destinations (a bit sad I know) lovely at night watching their bright lights. Spinneyâs Den is located perfectly for visits to the Broads, the Norfolk Coast, we visited Sandringham and Blickling Estate, both an easy drive away. We would recommend this property to our family and friends, a lovely week, maybe one day we will return. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and was so well equipped with many extras that we havenât had in other holiday accommodations. The location was perfect with great views across the countryside to the sea. Nikki and John were great hosts and the welcome scones and treats on arrival were lovely. We would definitely recommend and will be returning.
