You would be hard pushed to find a property closer to the beach than this! With a clifftop location, the beach at the doorstep and a friendly cafe as a convenient neighbour, Shoal Cottage offers the a perfect base for a family seaside holiday. Enjoy the benefits of early morning walks and fun family days, with the sand in your toes and the sea breeze in your hair. The coastal path from Overstrand makes for a delightful stroll or route for a run, it passes Cromer Golf Club and lighthouse, continues through heathland and into the town, where there are eateries, local shops and plenty of places to buy an ice cream or two. Venture a little further for a day trip, along the Bittern Line railway into the coastal town of Sheringham, historic Norwich or get off at Wroxham to explore the tranquil Norfolk Broads.
