Located near to Potter Heigham, Margaret's Cottage is an end of terrace farm cottage surrounded by countryside, dating back to the 1900s. Ideal for families looking for a peaceful, rural setting but still close to lots of amenities and family entertainment, this hideaway is six miles away from the beautiful beaches of Sea Palling and Waxham, and less than a mile from one of the main boating centres on the Norfolk Broads.
This cottage style home is comfortable and cosy and has a wonderful outdoor space. With a choice of places to be in the garden, you can watch the sun set over the fields (you might even spot a deer or two!), relax with a cool drink in the barbecue area, sit in the wooden seat in the wild meadow or you can pick herbs from the kitchen garden. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with sit up island, a homely sitting room with electric fire, Smart television and dining table, and a family bathroom with bath and shower over, while the first floor has three bedrooms - two doubles and a single - and a shower room.
In a quiet, rural location but with great access to gorgeous beaches and with the Norfolk Broads only a stone's throw away, Margaret's Cottage is an ideal family base for discovering this area of Norfolk. With lovely walks and nature spotting - butterflies and birds galore on your doorstep; plus a range of family tourist attractions only minutes away, the children will be fully entertained all holiday!
