The fresh and airy lounge has a Smart TV and ample seating, with a sociable dining area perfect for sharing family feasts which you can prepare in the elegantly designed and fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also has a handy shower room. Upstairs, you will find an elegant family bathroom and three bright, cosy and stylish bedrooms: a cheery double, and two lovely twin rooms which can be made up as a double and super-king-size respectively. A door from the lounge leads to the enclosed back garden accessed via a few steps and features a peaceful lawn and outdoor seating. There''s an additional unenclosed garden area with bench seating to the side of the house.

Wells-next-the-Sea is a characterful seaside resort with a beautiful beach lined with colourful beach huts alongside a historic fishing quay. Nature lovers can head to the stunning nature reserves at Blakeney Point (8 miles) and Scolt Head (7 miles) to spot an array of birdlife or take a sea trip out to watch the local seal colonies. Inland, attractions include Holkham Hall, Binham Priory and the ruins of Creake Abbey, all within 7 miles.
