A lovely house with views across the nature reserve from the garden and first floor, situated in a quiet, idyllic corner of Wells-next-the-Sea. Neptune House is within easy walking distance of the many amenities available, there is parking for up-to three cars and, in just a twenty minute walk through the nearby nature reserve, you will find yourself on the stunning sandy beach that Wells is renowned for. Simply perfect!
Tucked away at the top of a private shared driveway, Neptune House is a delightful secret link-detached Norfolk hideaway found in a tranquil location, and provides a very convenient base for both staying local and exploring further afield. Having undergone a full refurbishment, this double fronted house is very comfortably furnished throughout, well-equipped with top quality kitchen fittings, two bedrooms (one king-size, one super-king size zip and link (offering a twin option) all with sumptuous pocket sprung mattresses and high quality linen, and three smart tiled bathrooms (a shower room downstairs and two bathrooms upstairs, one being an en-suite). A central hallway leads through to an extended L-shaped superb fitted kitchen with dining area that overlooks the rear garden - perfect for sociable dining. To the right of the hallway is a bright and airy triple aspect sitting room, also with doors to the garden, and an electric fire to light if a chill is in the air. A large, sunny south facing garden is found at the rear of the house, providing a private outdoor sanctuary for relaxation, sundowners and al fresco dining.
This is the ideal house for friends, couples and families to escape to at any time of the year. Neptune House enjoys an enviably secluded location, plenty of private parking, and is only a short walk away from Wells' independent shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes, its arts centre, The Maltings, and picturesque, bustling quay where you can watch the fishermen unloading their haul. With the Coasthopper bus running by at the bottom of the driveway very regularly, it's the perfect launch pad to discover everything that this fabulous part of the North Norfolk has to offer both inland and coastal. There's so much to see and do, you'd best make sure you don't hesitate to book!

Neptune House was perfect for our stay in Wells next the sea. We were impressed with the close proximity to the town centre, the cleanliness and attention to detail.

Neptune House had everything we needed. The attention to detail was perfect. We found it very clean and comfortable and it was handily located for the town whilst still retaining a quiet position.

House is located at the end of the row of properties. Very quiet location despite being just off one of the main roads into/out of Wells. We didn’t use the garden area as being at the end of September the garden was in shade mostly, however in the height of summer I am sure it would be lovely as the property overlooks fields and there was plenty of bird song going on as well as the various geese flying over. Downstairs is spacious and the living room is just right for chilling out and the dining/kitchen and utility area was well designed with everything you needed. The bedrooms were slightly on the small side (had to step sideways to get into and out of bed however having a larger comfy bed made up for this. Overall, this house was brilliant for our family get together.
