At the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea lies the town’s picturesque quay, overlooked by Shipyard Studio and its fabulous first-floor balcony. Imagine letting a peaceful morning drift by with coffee and a good book as the tide ebbs and flows, covering the sandy channel and rescuing marooned boats while the blue water glistens in the morning sun. The bustling, quaint town of Wells, with its local independent cafes and shops, is just a short stroll away. Shipyard Studio is an ideal year-round retreat!
