The initial access is through several back gates with Beware of the dog signs ! and we set a few off, but there are keys for the front door which we used during our stay to avoid this. Didn't use the garden but I'm sure its a lovely spot in the summer months. Cosy beds and plenty of hot water and heating which you need in winter. Would defo return to this property.

.. Neighbours really unfriendly - one didn't like us stopping outside Ted's place to unload (road too narrow outside property) and the other unhelpful when we asked about recycling, just concerned about us closing the gate. Communal access to back door and garden of Ted's place accessed re shared path. We didn't use the back garden or back access as didn't want to upset neighbour. Once inside very comfortable and lots of treats - biscuits, flowers etc. Second bedroom very tight and gas boiler in cupboard. Very high step to front door and considering issues with neighbour, back access not desirable! Had to park up lane or adjoining road.

Neighbours not so friendly. Very nosey, peeping over garden fence within minutes of us arriving. Very rude and abrupt to my lovely elderly Dad as he was coming through the gate ‘reminding’ him to shut said gate, no need. It was a bonus when couple of days into are holiday the neighbours actually went on holiday themselves, hurrah! If I had to see them looking directly into are living room and kitchen window one more time with there sour expressions I would have had to ‘have words’ Neighbours the other side were lovely.
