Bramblewood Cottage is highly praised for its warm, comfortable atmosphere and stunning location. Guests consistently commend the property's cleanliness, high-quality furnishings, and the welcoming touches provided by the host. The spacious layout accommodates large groups comfortably, and the views are frequently mentioned as a highlight. While a few minor suggestions for improvements are noted, the overall sentiment is extremely positive, with many guests eager to return.
Guests are overwhelmingly pleased with the cleanliness of the cottage, describing it as 'spotless' and 'immaculate'. There is, however, a single mention of dust and cobwebs, which slightly impacts the otherwise perfect perception.
The location is celebrated for its beautiful views and proximity to local attractions like High Force waterfall. The village's amenities are appreciated, though a couple of guests noted difficulty in finding the property, suggesting room for improvement in providing directions.
Comfort is a standout feature, with guests highlighting the quality of the beds, the warmth of the cottage, and the spaciousness even for larger groups. The only minor drawback mentioned is the seating area feeling a bit tight for seven or more adults.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and ample bathrooms. However, some guests suggested additional kitchen utensils and clearer instructions for heating control, indicating room for slight enhancements.
The thoughtfulness of the host is frequently acknowledged, with mentions of a welcome pack and good communication. It should be noted that while such gestures are greatly appreciated, they are a courtesy and may not be a standard offering for every stay.

Very clean and lots of space. It was no problem for the owners to supply a shower chair when asked, very helpful and appreciated. Beautiful accommodation, would stay again. Visited lots of local areas, The Teeside Hotel and Samuel James provided good food.

The view of the surrounding hills from the dining area is second to none. It has a beautiful kitchen area and all the appliances worked extremely well. The bedrooms are spacious, light and immaculately kept. The owners left a starter hamper which we found really useful. All in all, it is the perfect place to spend a holiday with friends or family and would most certainly recommend this cottage.

Could be better with clearer instructions regarding the heating and spare key would also be appreciated as well as napkins. The welcome pack was a surprise but very much appreciated.
