However, a few niggles: The clocks hadn't been changed There was a light out in the hall and on the first floor landing - we found bulbs but nothing to stand on to change them. Fire in the lounge - tried to use one afternoon when the room was chilly - no instructions and couldn't get it to work. Shower (top floor front) slide not working and shower could have been cleaner. This didn't really affect our week - as I said - niggles.

It was clean and well maintained. The house was bigger than we expected but still warm and comfortable. The only issue we had was parking. There is free roadside parking outside but it was very busy and any space was taken within minutes of becoming free. There is plenty of free parking in the village but again it can be very busy and abit of a walk. I can imagine at peak summer times it could be very difficult to park.
