Set on the first floor of an elegant, period building, the inviting, one-bedroom holiday home is situated just 150 metres from the famous Elizabethan town walls and the river, where you can take cruises out to sea and along the Tweed. Sleeping two guests, the property is surrounded by a colourful array of shops and eateries and is just 0.5 miles from the beach. Stroll 1 mile out to the pier and lighthouse to take in the sweeping coastal vistas. Follow the 28-mile-long Berwickshire Coastal Path out along the craggy rocks and cliffs into Scotland. Venture 10.5 miles out of town down to the Holy Island Causeway. From here you can walk out to picturesque Lindisfarne at low tide, making sure you leave plenty of time to cross back safely.
Step into the shared foyer at ground-floor level and ascend the internal stairs up to your private front door on the first floor. Wander inside to discover pristine, recently renovated accommodation, with a stylish, contemporary finish throughout. At the heart of the holiday home is a light-filled, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can kick back and unwind together after your exciting excursions. The chic, contemporary kitchen has been cleverly designed to incorporate everything you are likely to need on those occasions you decide to cater for yourselves instead of dining out. A table and chairs have been arranged beside a window so you can sit down to meals together in comfort, while the lounge area features a plush sofa for you to sink back into in front of the Smart TV with a cup of fresh coffee. When you are ready to retire for the night, head through to the twin bedroom, which is suitable for both friends and couples. Treat yourselves to a refreshing rinse in the chic family shower room before breakfast.
There is no outside space with this apartment but attractive Flagstaff Park is within 350 metres. Guests staying at the property will be given on-street parking permits for 1 to 2 hours, allowing them to unload. Public car parks are within 150 metres.
