Set in an ideal position close to the Harbour in the quaint coastal village of Craster, High Tide is a striking newly built modern detached holiday home offering the ultimate base from which to explore the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Beauty․ The house is set in a Private residents only area.
Perfectly suited to a family of seven or group of avid walkers or cyclists, this charming reverse-level dwelling sits just a stone's throw away from the sandy shores of Bamburgh and Embleton Beaches, and the hustle and bustle of the historical town of Alnwick.
Enter into this attractive abode and be greeted by four gorgeous bedrooms made up of a king-size with en-suite shower, two double rooms and a single, as well as a sophisticated bathroom where you can escape the excitement as you indulge in a relaxing soak in the bath tub.
Venture up the staircase to the first floor to find a light and stylish open-plan living space, adorned with chic grey furnishings and an abundance of sleek electric appliances, together creating a fabulous space to entertain your nearest and dearest.
Kick back on the inviting comfortable sofas and enjoy the luxury of a large smart TV or the entertainment from the Alexa.
Alternatively take advantage of the fully modernly equipped kitchen and cook up a delicious family feast for all to enjoy whilst gathered at the generous dining table.
On warm summer nights, be sure to continue the enjoyment of your holiday out in the garden with use of the BBQ to compliment drinks on the cushioned decking seating as you watch the sun slowly set after another incredible day exploring Northumberland's hidden gems.
If you would rather take an evening stroll along Craster Harbour you will find the local pub welcoming where you can sit outside with a beautiful view over the sea.
Watch as boats bob happily in the water as you spend your mornings wandering around the harbour, or grab your bikes from the shed and enjoy a thrilling cycle along the coast to see the eye catching 14th-century ruins of the Dunstanburgh Castle, now owned by the National Trust.
The coastal paths in either direction allow you to explore the coast line beaches, and local area.
Travel north to the towns of Bamburgh and Seahouses both which boast beautiful beaches and also discover the coastal fortress of Bamburgh Castle, before taking a boat across to the Farne Islands National Nature Reserve to see Inner Farne Lighthouse and Puffins Rookery.
Holy Island is also just a few miles up the coast and defiantly worth a visit as this also has an intriguing castle and ancient priory.
Visit the neighbouring town of Alnwick for a tour of Alnwick Castle and Gardens, once the backdrop to many famous Harry Potter scenes. The new Lilidorei Playground the largest of its kind can also be found there.
Learn of the town’s rich local history at Fusiliers Museum Of Northumberland and Bailiffgate Museum, or explore the 12th century friary of Hulne Priory.
