Budle Newton is peacefully set one mile from Bamburgh overlooking the beautiful Budle Bay. Complete with an open fire and hottub to help you truly relax.
Budle Newton is a fantastic property at Budle Bay, an important bird sanctuary, popular with birdwatchers. It overlooks the sea, and is just over one mile from the popular seaside village of Bamburgh.
It sleeps up to 8 guests and has incredible views, open plan living space, a sunny conservatory, and even a private hot tub. Local amenities can be found at nearby Bamburgh and Seahouses.
Size: Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms.
Beds: 1 x super king, 1 x double, 2 x twin.
Ground floor:
Open plan living/dining area: Comfortable seating, open fire, flat screen Smart TV with Netflix. Dining table and seating for up to 8 people.
Kitchen: Oil fired AGA, electric hob, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nutribullet, hand held blender.
Conservatory: Driftwood table and chairs, comfortable seating, incredible views.
Games room: Pool table, wall mounted flat screen TV.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, en suite with shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds.
Shower room: Shower, WC and washbasin.
First floor:
Bedroom 3: Super king bed, views of Budle Bay and out to sea.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds (ideal for children)
Bathroom: Stand alone bath, shower, WC and washbasin.
Outside: Enclosed patio area with hot tub, garden furniture and barbecue.
Entertainment: TVs in lounge and games room. Pool table. DVD player, multi device charge, bose speaker, telephone, range of games, books and DVDs.
For families: Travel cot and highchair available on request (please note, we do not supply a mattress or bed linen for the cot).
