Laura
Perfect for our stay. Well equipped house, with comfy beds and plenty of en-suites/bathrooms. Amazing walks from the house along the coast. Pubs to eat at within a couple of minutes walk. Owners were great at communicating with us. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend.
Jane
The house is well equipped and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There are lovely coastal walks from the property, turn right for a 3.3 mile walk to Craster (and the Jolly Fisherman) or left for a 2.3 mile walk to High Newton by the sea (the Joiners Arms) via Low Newton by the sea (the Ship Inn). From High Newton there is a 2 mile walk back to the house via an inland path. In Embleton itself the Dunstanburgh Castle Hotel is a 2 minute walk, with friendly staff and a restaurant serving delicious food.
Barbara
There is a well stocked farm shop in the village. Nice walk down to the beach and along the coastal path to the castle. Alnwick Castle is nearby and well worth a visit.
