We really appreciated the delicious bread, marmalade and eggs on arrival. There is also a box containing laminated sheets of brilliant Northumbrian walks which we used several times. Note that if you need to charge an EV, there are no details in the welcome pack about location, costs etc and it was hard to find the charger (eventually tracked it down in one of the barns). You will also need to bring your own cables.

The property was spotless and all the possible needs were catered for. The hosts Hugo and Annabelle made us very welcome with a lovely welcome pack of fresh eggs, homemade bread, marmalade and a beautiful vase of flowers from their garden. The visits to the bird feeders next to the windows of so many different types made interesting watching. The house was very conveniently situated for excursions. A lovely time indeed.

Very pleasant stay. Owners very helpful, but not intrusive. Lovely welcome pack of eggs, home made marmalade and bread. Cleanliness spot on. Only downside was chairs in lounge area. As older folks, we found them too low, so more difficult to get up from! The property was well situated for visiting many places in the Northumberland area.
