Nice and quiet location , lovely mud free riverside walk from the doorstep, alternatively cross the road and up the steps for a walk across the fields. Many dog friendly beaches all within a maximum 20 minutes drive, also plassey woodland walk only 10 minutes drive away. No need to bring a full weeks shopping ( or booze ) as there is an ALDI supermarket 1.5 miles away and an ASDA a bit further along the road. If you are bringing your dog, then it's doggy heaven for them, our border collie loved it on the beaches and riverside / woodland walks. The owners of the property are friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Dog friendly garden. Parking space is a bit tight to get out of. Shower a bit restricted, mind your head!! Otherwise ideal for a weeks break.

Perfect location for exploring the N.E. and for me personally to catch up with friends who live locally. A tranquil garden to relax in. We'll be back!
