Guests report the property as comfortable and spacious with cosy bedrooms and a homely living area. The presence of a games room adds to the comfort, despite it being cold for some.

The property is well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, and the games room is a hit. However, the score reflects reported maintenance issues with appliances and the need for better heating in some areas.

The welcome pack and additional touches like toys for children are appreciated, indicating thoughtfulness. However, it's noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and may vary with each stay.
