About this property
Wonderful sea front second floor wing of the former Dunes Hotel with lovely period features including exposed beams and large picture windows. Benefiting from breathtaking coastal over The Dunes views, Farne Islands, Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and the Cheviot Hills to the rear. Located in the seaside village of Seahouses directly adjacent to the award-winning St Aidans beach boasting 2 miles of splendid sands to enjoy. Seahouses features a quaint harbour with local restaurants, coffee shops, tea rooms, gift shops and pubs. Enjoy fantastic Farne Islands boat trips around one of Britain’s most spectacular wildlife habitats! Additionally, you will be able to explore the magnificent Bamburgh Castle, just 2 miles away.
Step inside this luxurious property into the hall, a perfect space to store your outdoor clothing and head up the stairs to the spacious open-plan living area. The lounge, with vaulted ceilings, period exposed beams and a large picture window is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent coastal views over The Dunes. With comfortable seating, Smart TV and cosy wood burner, guests can enjoy their fav movie and unwind after a day out exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Next is the stylish dining area where you can enjoy family or romantic meals whilst enjoying those breathtaking coastal views. The snug reading area offers the perfect spot to enjoy a great book or perhaps a morning coffee. Leading back through the hallway you are met with the beautifully decorated king-size bedroom with wonderful sea and island views. Continuing through to the rear hallway you will find a lovely king-size (or zip-and-link twin) and cosy double, both with ample storage space. Next is the well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking up a storm or preparing a quick picnic for your days adventures. Finally completing this wonderful wing is the stylish shower room and utility area with washing machine.
Although there is no outside space, the property is only a short stroll from the award wining St Aidans beach.
