Boasting easy access to the North York Moors National Park and North Yorkshire's beautiful coastline, this is a superb abode for a family of six wanting to make the most of this lovely part of Yorkshire. Outside the property you will find handy permit parking available, along with quaint surroundings of the town. Head inside to find a welcoming sitting room, boasting a warm woodburning stove to make you feel at home, alongside a TV and ample plush seating for you and your loved ones to relax on. Progress through to the well-presented kitchen, where you can find a selection of appliances available to rustle up a fabulous meal, to be enjoyed as a quick meal-to-go at the adjoining breakfast bar or as a delicious dinner with the family in the dining room; the room showcases skylights that fill the space with natural light, making for a brilliant socialising spot. The ground floor additionally hosts a bright, tiled bathroom with a b-shaped bath for you to soak up in after a day packed with fun. In the evening, make your way upstairs to three delightful bedrooms, including: a double bedroom featuring stylish furnishings and ample storage, a single bed with a handy pull-out bed, and, lastly, a master double room with elegant décor, including a chandelier and vanity. In the morning, make the most of the sun and unwind in the enclosed rear garden with its seating areas.
