This superb red brick barn conversion is ideal for a couple wanting to get away from it all. The cottage has a cosy open plan living area, furnished with a contemporary feel and has a lovely kitchen and a warming electric fire. The king-size double bedroom has a large en-suite shower room, and outside is a private patio area and shared grounds. This property is a five minute drive from picture postcard Danby and the Esk Valley. If you want to journey a little further, the popular seaside town of Whitby is a fifteen minute car journey from the property. A superb location for exploring the North York Moors. Note: This property is next to Refs. 919672 and 919673, together they sleep 8.
The small village of Moorsholm is situated on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, between Guisborough and Whitby. The village offers a mix of traditional and modern properties, a church and a pub. Close by are Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Staithes, Runswick Bay, Guisborough and Whitby.

From the warm welcome, through the occasional check ins to check all was well, through to a final, fond farewell, a perfect balance of attentiveness and privacy was maintained throughout our stay. On top of that the location is fantastic - both in terms of the cottage and the local area, and we frankly had a wonderful, relaxing and highly enjoyable time. Would that all holiday cottages be run by such deeply lovely people as this one! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable and delightful.

Has everything you need for a comfortable stay and very convenient for sightseeing visits to well known attractions without travelling miles. Park and Ride a few miles down the road very good for going into Whitby

A lovely, comfortable modern cottage with adequate space and facilities for 2 people. The owners couldn't have been more lovely, from the warm welcome, to a fond farewell (and plenty of chats in between). Fantastic location for exploring the NYorks Moors and Coast, peaceful, yet not too far off the beaten track. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Carol & Chuck x
