Park off-road and enter into this lovely contemporary property, boasting a fantastic open-plan living space with seas of light pouring in through bi-fold doors. The kitchen houses many handy amenities in stylish furniture, ideal for cooking up a storm, and guests can enjoy a meal together at the dining table, overlooking the gardens. After a long day of exploring, the charming sitting area encourages you to settle down in one of the leather sofas with a cup of tea and reflect on your day. With quirky wallpaper and an opulent feel, as well as the addition of a handy cloakroom, this is a great social hub for guests to enjoy. Freshen up in the contemporary bathroom before settling down into one of the three bedrooms, including a tastefully furnished master with king-size bed, a spacious double and a twin. Outside, dine alfresco at the patio area, enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, and here you will notice extra accommodation horses. The small village of Lingdale lies on the northern edge of the North York Moors National Park, 4 miles from the former Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Surrounded by open countryside, Lingdale has a local pub and shops for everday needs. Saltburn has excellent amenities such as good restaurants, tea rooms, individual shops and art galleries. There are also good sandy beaches with a splendid historic pier. Lingdale village is a great base for visiting the pretty coastal villages of Staithes and Runswick Bay, which lie on the Heritage Coast, renowned for its Jurassic fossil hunting trips. From Lingdale there is also easy access to the seaside towns of Whitby and Scarborough, and of course, the stunning scenery of the North York Moors.
