Guests say

Guests generally appreciate the Dairy Apartment 1 for its comfortable and homely feel, idyllic location within Tatton Park, and the added bonus of park access. The surrounding parklands and wildlife add to the charm, with many finding the property clean and well-equipped. Some guests mention minor maintenance issues and the lack of Wi-Fi, but the overall experience is seen as peaceful and enjoyable, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

The majority of guests report the property as clean and well-maintained, with high-quality bedding and towels. A few guests noted minor issues such as a soapy puddle or musty smell, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The property's location is highly praised for its beauty and tranquillity within Tatton Park, with easy access to local attractions and wildlife. The inclusion of a park pass is frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, some guests note the proximity to an airport flight path as a drawback.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the property homely. The central heating is appreciated, although there are comments about the single-glazed windows and occasional noise from the adjoining apartment. The comfort of the property is generally well-regarded.

Facilities are deemed adequate with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Criticisms include issues with hot water consistency, maintenance needs, and the absence of Wi-Fi, which affects the score. The property's maintenance issues, such as the need for a fresh coat of paint and minor repairs, are noted by several guests.

While guests appreciate the welcome pack and free park access, there are insufficient references to gifts or additional thoughtful touches to accurately score this category. It is important to note that such provisions are subject to change and not guaranteed.

Clean, cozy and clean accommodation. Loved the wood burning stove, and access to the Tatton Park attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

I have to say this varied from day to day and we ended up suffering around 50% of the week. Part of the problem has to be the single glazed windows having no soundproofing value. It's certainly great having access to the Park and there's loads to see and do within 30mins drive in all directions. Especially if you are into nature reserves and gardens. Overall we really liked the layout of tthe cottage and found it very well equipped.

The property was in an excellent state when we arrived and it is kitted out with everything that you could want.the welcome pack was perfect and , as usual, the area (park and farm) provided a wonderful environment for any spare time that we had (after visiting friends and family). The heating did fail one morning but within a very short time (about an hour) a man with a van turned up and it was fixed. Thank you again, see you all again at Christmas time.
