Step inside this stylish pod and you’ll find a cleverly planned space that’s perfect for two. The main area has been tastefully designed to make the most of the space on offer. Rustle up a romantic meal for two in the kitchenette and then head out to the deck to dine alfresco. After dinner, crack open a bottle of wine and take a dip in the private hot tub, or head indoors to snuggle up on the sofa in front of the TV. When the day is done, the sofa transforms into a comfortable double bed. In the morning, treat yourself to a freshly-brewed coffee on the deck’s cabana.

Head into Carlisle (13.5 miles) for a great day out. Take a stroll around the 11th-century castle, check out the fine 14th-century stained glass windows at Carlisle Cathedral, or buy the ingredients for your dinner at Carlisle Market Hall - one of the few covered Victorian Markets left in England. Alternatively, head to Little Salkeld (11 miles) to see Long Med and Her Daughters – one of the finest stone circles in the north of England. Take a trip into Penrith (8 miles) and take part in an adrenaline-fuelled canyoning or rappelling tour.
