Ulverston is a historic market town with a cobblestone main street. It has a diverse range of independent stores, cafés, and pubs, many of which have open fires and serve real ales. Everything was facilitated for that we needed. And excellent residence for our family.

Only 3 problems was that one of the bedrooms (master en suite) had insufficient window coverage and we were woken at 3am every day with the light coming in so we left 3 days early which is a shame, but we were exhausted from lack of sleep. Additionally all the beds need toppers as they were very hard and gave us back ache, the master bedroom had USB sockets everywhere except next to one side of the bed, sorry!

Arthur Suite is a large yet cost apartment in this building which is historical and beautiful. A must stay.
