This stunning, period terrace house lies on a quiet road within the charming seaside town of Lytham in Lancashire. Situated just a short stroll from a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants, this superb dwelling is an ideal choice for families looking to explore the attractions and amenities of Lytham and Lytham St. Annes. Step into the entrance porch and use the fitted matting to dust off your sandy shoes before continuing inside. On your right is a delightful snug room where you can sit at the front bay window seat and gaze at the outside or curl up in front of the Carron woodburning stove, set within a feature recessed brick fireplace. Take a few steps down from the hallway into the extensive open-plan living area, enhanced by six Velux remote controlled skylight windows and large sliding patio doors which fill the space with natural lighting. The bespoke kitchen is sure to inspire some home-cooking with a seamless blend of wall and base units, matching island units with breakfast bar and Dekton marble effect work surfaces, along with many integrated appliances including the Gaggenaur double oven/grill, full height fridge, instant boiling water tap and a wine cooler. Gather at the stunning dining table underneath the contemporary lighting and enjoy a lovingly prepared home cooked meal, with a toast to a special coastal getaway. At the other end of the room rest two plush sofas arranged in front of the feature bare brick wall, providing luxury in every corner. Climb the stairs to reach the first floor split level landing, leading off to the master bedroom with king-size bed, Juliette balcony and decorative cast iron fireplace, along with a lavish en-suite shower room with LED spot lighting and his and hers wash basins. The second bedroom houses a double bed and a range of bespoke oak fitted wardrobes incorporating shelving, hanging rails and drawers, while the third bedroom features a single bed and delightful sash windows which provide an outlook over the back of the house. Offering complete luxury, the family bathroom is complete with a four piece white suite comprising of a freestanding roll top bath, walk-in shower enclosure, vanity unit with inset wash hand basin and a mixer tap, along with Porcelanosa tiled flooring and underfloor heating to ensure satisfaction at every level. Take advantage of the rear garden, laid with an artificial lawn and featuring a composite decking area where you can sit with a favourite drink and contemplate how best to spend the remainder of the holiday. Within a minute’s walk there are plenty of bars, pubs, takeaways and restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking one evening and guarantees that all ages and tastes are catered to, as well as a number of shops for picking up the essentials. Spend an afternoon soaking up the sunshine and admiring the award-winning pastel-coloured beach huts that line the glorious sands. If exploration takes you further afield then the popular resort of Blackpool, with its old-school amusement park and zoo, offers a fabulous day out. A short stroll from the Lytham seafront brings you to Clifton Street, where you’ll find boutiques, restaurants and independent shops. Lytham Green, a strip of grass running between the shore and the main coastal road, is a notable landmark, overlooking the River Ribble towards the Welsh Mountains, and home to the restored Windmill and Old Lytham Lifeboat House museum. Those interested in craft ales can take a tour of the Lytham Brewery, whilst walkers will adore the dunes of St Annes-on-Sea and the Ribble Estuary.
