The gardens, hot tub, and games room are highlights, contributing to a delightful stay. The local pub is praised for its food, and the property's location is appreciated for its tranquility and proximity to attractions. Some minor maintenance issues and cleanliness oversights are mentioned, but overall, the property provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience for large gatherings.

The majority of guests found the property clean and tidy, with fresh bedding and well-maintained gardens. However, some guests noted areas that required attention, such as uncleaned kitchen trays and floors, which suggests room for improvement in cleanliness standards.

The property is situated in a quiet area with good transport links, making it central to attractions in the North West. Guests enjoyed the local pub and nearby walks, indicating a favourable location for both relaxation and exploration.

Guests consistently praised the property for its warmth and comfort, with ample space and cosy furnishings. Some guests mentioned issues with mattresses and seating, but these were minor compared to the overall comfort experienced during their stays.

However, some facilities like the coffee machine and spa bath had issues, and there were comments about the need for better cooking appliances and instructions, which affects the score.

Everything was perfect. Our Kids enjoyed the hot tub, snooker table, games, and the t.v.'s. The house is really big, We couldn't hear Our Kids when They were doing Their activities. The house is wheelchair accessible apart from a small step at the entrance, and the downstairs bathroom being small but We managed. All of the bedrooms were perfect, with views of the beautiful gardens. We will definitely think about booking here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
